About the app

Liga Ultras is a soccer manager with a strong social component. You choose a team to be part of and then debate with other members of the team, in order to take the best decisions that would make your team advance and win national and international competitions. Liga Ultras is a place where the dream of having your favorite soccer team win the Champions League can become real.

Challenge

When Green Horse Games came to us, Liga Ultras was already a huge hit both as a web app and on Facebook. The problem was that their users were requesting a mobile platform to play on, to play the game from any location. Because of this, Liga Ultras started to lose users against their competition. They knew they needed their game on mobile, and they needed it fast. Being a complex game, it presented the challenge to take all features from the website and have them fit into a tiny smartphone screen. More so, if we didn’t deliver quality, they would lose even more users, so there was definitely a lot of pressure from this perspective as well.

Solution

Due to our great expertise in UX and development, we managed to find out-of-the-box solutions to have all the features fit the small mobile screen. This required great teamwork between all the team members: UX designer, project manager, developers. More so, we managed to deliver a high quality app even before deadline.

Results

Users were so satisfied with the app that there are more subscribers today on mobile than on web and Facebook altogether. Green Horse Games are so satisfied with our work that they continue working with us indefinitely.
