Challenge
McDonalds started building this app with another company. When they came to us, they were pretty unsatisfied with the services they received. They were in a position where time to market was approaching fast and everyone they went to told them they’d have to start building the app from scratch.
Solution
We did a thorough technical due diligence and agreed to take the work from there. This is never easy. We had to refactor some parts, spent a lot of time recreating all the use cases scenarios and testing them to uncover all bugs and fix them, and managed to deliver the app they expected in the first place.
Results
McDonalds fans in Europe can now enjoy their favorite foods at lower prices through the app we’ve built.
